This was a new Test ground, the third in Lucknow (putting it alongside Johannesburg and Mumbai; Colombo has four). Hamza Hotak, on Test debut above, has been referred to by that name in this Annual ever since his first-class debut in 2011, but note he sometimes appears in other sources as Amir Hamza Hotak or Amir Hamza.
