R.R.Pant struck 21 sixes in the match; only C.Munro with 23 (for Auckland against Central Districts at Napier in 2014/15) has hit more in a first-class match. In the second innings Pant reached 50 in 15 minutes off 20 balls and his century in 55 minutes off 48 balls.
