Acknowledgments My thanks are, as ever, due to all those that have assisted and supported the production of the Annual . The match scorecards are derived from CricketArchive (www.cricketarchive.com ), a unique on-line database that contains records of well over half a million matches and much other material besides. The Annual is entirely reliant on this resource, free use of which has been generously provided by Pete Griffiths and Philip Bailey. In addition, both Pete and Philip offered valuable advice and dealt patiently with countless queries, while Pete also typeset the whole book.
