Mitchell took 9 wickets for 111 runs in the match, including figures of 7 for 32 in Dorset’s first innings and he bowled unchanged as Dorset were dismissed in just 24.3 overs. Newman took 9 wickets for 52 runs in the match, including figures of 7 for 33 in Dorset’s second innings. Kendle made 3 dismissals in Dorset’s first innings, MacBryan took 3 catches in Dorset’s second innings, whilst Awdry and Bond each took 3 catches in the match. For the losers Freeman scored 58, the only half-century in the match. McIntyre took 5 wickets for 41 runs in Wiltshire’s second innings. Manser took 3 catches in the match.
