The encounter between the two sides at Neath in June had also been won by Glamorgan. For the winners, Creber and Nash bowled unchanged through both innings. Creber took 15 wickets for 92 runs, including 9 for 56 in the home team’s first innings which was statistically the third best innings bowling performance of the season. Nash took 5 for 60.
