The record has not been beaten since. Garnett scored 59 in the second innings. His run aggregate for the match of 341 was the highest during the season. For Wiltshire, R W Awdry scored 122 and C S Awdry 87. The 213 runs conceded by Smith were the highest for a match in the season.
