Although only playing in four matches Tegger Elliot was by far the leading run scorer with 539 runs at 107.80. No other batsman reached 300 runs. Alf Morris again led the bowling, with 63 wickets at 11.49, followed by George Turnbull with 37 wickets at 13.62. Both bowlers were more economical than in 1906 and George Turnbull more than doubled his tally of wickets but his batting fell away sharply. Career milestones reached during the season were four thousand runs by Tegger Elliot, one thousand runs by T Coulson, one hundred wickets by Alf Morris and fifty catches by George Turnbull.
