For the winners, J H Brain scored 107, which contained 14 fours, 4 threes and 10 twos, Russell 82 and Bancroft 53. In the Glamorgan innings, J H Brain and Bancroft added 111 for the fifth wicket and Russell and Lowe 70 for the tenth wicket, which was the joint highest partnership for that wicket during the season. The 142 runs conceded by Barker were the most during the season in an individual innings. For Berkshire, Gibb’s two innings of 85 and 59 contained 11 fours and 9 fours respectively.
