The Limited-Overs Cricket Information Group (LOCIG) was formed in May 1977 with the name The Cricket Statistician's Limited Overs Group. It changed its name in 1978. In 1985 the group decided to amalgamate with the ACS and all its assests were transferred to the ACS.

The group issued a newsletter/journal and several other publications.
Issues 1-20 of the newsletter/journal were A4; journal No 20 was issued in both A4 and A5 format with slight differences in layout and tiny differences in content; issues 21 onwards were A5.
