Dr. Allen (45), a fine bat, hitting freely all round; scored heavily last season. H. L. Caunter (18), a painstaking bat, with strong defence and improving field. R. L. Caunter (30), a thorough all-round cricketer, a dashing but impatient bat, an excellent bowler, and safe field. H. Coad (6), a veteran cricketer; has been a valuable long-stop. H. Coad, jun.
