II catherby: Blade himself into a really good bat, improving steadily all through the season. A good field and safe catch. *J). G. Auchinleck: As a bat he failed to show any of his previous years’ form. Bowled fairly on a few occasions. E. C . Lee: A most useful all-round cricketer. Fine hard-hitting bat, steady bowler, and good field in the slips. //. G. firing: A fairly sound bat, with a good stroke on the off side. Should practice bowling more. *G. E. Winter: A hard-liitting but rather lucky bat. A good field and a hard worker. T. IF. llohne : A wicket keeper of great pluck and more than average merit. Hard hitting bat against weak: bowling. G. 11. Coldson: A very correct bat, but lacking in power. Should make a good cricketer in the future. Fair field. F. 1). U . Joy : A natural left-handed bowler, with a curl from the off.
