Winlaw (captain ) : A good bat with an effective cut ; an unsuccessful bowler. J. J. Robinson: A goodall- round cricketer ; was only able to assist us in three matches . W. G. Wrangham: Amuch improved bat ; good field . C. D. Robinson : Sound bat, and hits hard whenset : good wicket -keeper . F. G. S. Moore: Goodbat with plenty of stroke ; fair changebowler. W . Falcon: Notnearly upto his last year's form as a bat ; good field . C. R. McKee: Also very disappointing this season , but has improved in the field . J. H. Metcalfe : Hasbeen in great form and hits hard andclean ; smart field . H. Reeve : Has bowled well, and has had luck ; very fair bat . F. E. Edwards: Goodbowler for a dozen overs ; has not had m u c hof a trial in batting . F. G. McCormick: A somewhat shaky bat at the start ; has scored consistently . K.
