He made runs fairly con- sistently through the first part of the season , but has done nothing brilliant . J. F. More: Drives very hard andhits well to leg ; has only come off once this year inbatting . Has proved useful as a change bowler . A slow but sure field . L.Armstrong: Bats very steadily and has played several useful innings . Has frequently done good service with the ball in emergencies . Fields at cover -point . J. H.
