The match at Chelmsford on Aug. 12, Free Foresters v. A. P. Lucas ' X I., contained six individual scores of a hundred, including four in the same innings .-G . Brann scored 105 and 101 for Sussex v. Kent, at Brighton , Aug. 24. For Bendigo United v. Harcourt (Victoria ), G. Mackayscored 189, A. Mackay, 128, and G. Allday, 125 (not out),in a total of 605 for six wickets .-The 828 of Melbourne v. Essendon, at Melbourne, in February, is second only to the 920 of Orleans Club v. Rickling Green, in 1882 ; R. McLeod's 324 being next only to W. Bruce's 328 (notout) for Melbourne v. Baltimore , at Philadelphia , on June 3, is a record for individual scoring in the United States ; Belmont's total being 442 for four men. The match, Surrey 2nd X I. v. Hertfordshire , at the Oval, on June 21, 22, produced 955 runs for 26 wickets , though the first day's play was muchspoiled by rain.- The Inter -University match of 1892 produced more than one record : an aggregate of 1,100 runs ; an individual record aggregate (M. R. Thompson, for Fairfield Juniors v. Campbelltown Invincibles (Sydney ) scored 201 out of 236 . - A tMelbourne, onApril 16, Carlton v.
