Palairet (Captain ) : Played finely when- ever able to represent his college , and was successful also with the ball . W. H. Brain: Plays nice cricket , but was not very successful as a bat in college matches ; keeps wicket . V. T. Hill: A fine free bat against all bowlers ; can bowl abit ; grand field . F. H. Gresson : Veryuseful for the college both with the bat and ball . E. Rowley : Madea lot of runs on one or two occasions ; a very energetic cricketer ; good field . P. C. Cochran : Good field at cover ; played one or two good innings . A. S. Cocks : Agood fast bowler ; maderuns occasionally . E. E. Lea: A good medium-paced bowler ; played a lot of not- out innings . L. T. Bigg : A very useful and dangerous bat ; madea lot of runs , but very careless ; good field . E. G. M. Carmichael : Madesome runs onmost occasions ; very painstaking bat ; a prominent member of the Worcestershire team. T. C. Robinson : Played a few good innings ; poor field . H. D. F. Davis : Apoor bat, but good country field .
