Francis (aged 57 years ) went to the wickets 41 times , was twice not out, and amassed 1,134 runs , which , with 110 for his highest innings , gives him an average of 29.3 . Duringthe corresponding period , Mr. H. A. Francis (his son ) totalled 1,584 runs in thirty -nine completed innings , average 40.24 . On one occasion the latter scored202 of a total of 285, andwasnot out. BowlingFeats. In March, at Cape Town, in two matches between South African College andOaks C.C. , Watson, for the former, took 30 wickets , sixteen in the first , and fourteen in the second match.---At NorwoodGreen, on M a y10, for Dulwich Anchorv. NorwoodC.T.S. , A. Hannarand W . E. Smith disposed of their op- ponents for 12 runs , the former taking 5wickets for 2, andthe latter 5 for 9 runs .-- ForHighgate School v.
