Hill : Thefast bowler of the team , and a very useful one ; greatly improved as a bat, scoring very quickly , and in good style . *G. G. Moir: A good, steady bat, but often failed to come off ; greatly improved as a wicket -keeper . *C. G. Chambers : Hard-hitting bat ; made runs quickly ; perfect cover -point . *H. M.
