G. scored 92 out of the 166 obtained while he was in for Gloucestershire . That county's total of 272 wastoo great for their opponents , and the latter failed in their two attempts to reach Gloucestershire's score by a margin of 15 runs . The wicket , it may be added, was much affected by recent heavy rains , and Somersetshire had all the worst of the luck. Roberts obtained eleven Somersetshire wickets at a cost of 84 runs .
