Forbes : Agood bat, playing hard and straight ; scores fast whenset ; a good out field . P. M. Lucas : A really sound bat against fast bowling , and a fair wicket-keeper . H. A. Arnold : Not so success- ful as last year, butpossesses gooddefence and is a goodfield . C. H. Moline: Agood steady slow bowler ; has improved as a bat , but too eager to makeruns ; rather slow in the field . H. B. Peele : At times a difficult fast bowler, but very erratic ; has improved as a bat . G. T. Mirehouse : At times a really good mediumpace bowler , and has bowled consistently well for the College ; a very good field , but at times lacks energy . A. C. Richards : A good all -round cricketer , having good defence combined with considerable hitting powers ; a very fair slow bowler and good field . A. M. Suthery : A good bat, with plenty ofdefence,but rather unlucky during the early part of the season . E. B. Brutton : Avery fast bowler, nearly always destructive ; a hard-hitting bat and really brilliant field . F. H. Wheeler : Auseful bat,hitting hard and well , especially on the leg side ; a good field and catch .
