Cripps (26) : generally makes runs; hits very hard and difficult to get rid of; good field . W. B. Hawkins (24.7) very fast run-getter ; hits well all round ; capital field and wicket -keeper . C. E. E. Jenkins (15) : pretty bat ; did not play much; fair bowler and field . G. H. Pennell (10.2 ) : useful steady bat ; straight medium-pace bowler. F.
