Wilson : a good bat , and fast scorer when set; a smart field and sure catch ; long -stopped excellently throughout the season ; has filled the difficult position of captain with the greatest success . W. H. Bather : a really reliable bat, seldom failing to score ; has strong hitting powers , with very neat style and safe defence ; splendid field , safe , with a sharp return , capital catch . *F. Williamson : a very strong and hard-hitting bat, at times showing good defence ; has played some very fine innings ; a fair change bowler ; fast with high delivery ; safe field and catch . *F. W. Wood : in batting has somewhat disappointed us, though undoubtedly he has been unlucky ; fast , but an uncertain field and catch . A. C. Wratislaw : a very good slow bowler , with considerable break both ways , and good pitch ; has been very successful throughout the season ; slow and unsafe in the field ; a poor bat. A. E. Browning : a strong and useful bat, has played some capital innings ; a magnificent field , being perfectly safe and very quick ; a brilliant catch , andgood change bowler . C. P. Wilson : a steady and improving bat with very limited hitting powers ; has taken the wickets on the whole success- fully ; at times very safe and quick . J. A .Scott : a fast medium bowler with avery high delivery , straight and good length ; came off most at the end of the season ; a wild bat, failing to score almost entirely with one brilliant excep . tion ; a good field and catch . H. A. Chambers : a plucky and free -hitting bat, generally making runs ; very good field at short -leg. E. L. Griffiths : has played well , though on the whole was not a brilliant scorer ; a quick and safe field , and good catch . G. Owen : a very steady and painstaking bat , though apparently afraid of a half volley ; a very safe field and catch . 1 1a że ( etiaroon nwolle anil kas biolt odt ut moitaingon shd b evideowwoh yov bas blokatorbillaq yliannot as had a dina on toit and could Maldininiyolun nomesneed end and ryob aid no solwol sant a squared subuid altid sandish boog gulalimos and grίσίητους των ε στο romohisa l à cooltoung daiw.nolwod a odsat figiarkan dalon de bien fotosu
