Thomas, uncertain as a bat, bnt dangerous when se t; hits well to leg; effective change bowlor; safe catch. R. 1). Lewis, a good medium-paced bowler, and at times very destructive; cannot be relied on as a bat, but slightly im proved towards the end of the season. D. J. Evans, very good bat, but strangely unlucky; shows good forward play; bowls occasionally. J. C. Evans (treasurer), fair and useful ba t; sharp at point. .7. Carrow, hard hitter, and cuts well, but somewhat unlucky; not a bad field. T. Roberts (secretary), very unsafe bat, and has a style of his own ; very good field, especially at long-leg. R.
