Regiments and Ships, and implicit reliance may be placed upon their selecting all Goods of the very best description. O fficers of R egiments or P aymasters of S hips , in ordering Goods will please to state whether they are to be forwarded per Sail ina 1 essel, or by Steamer, or ria Suez Canal . I f by Steamer a remittance, in addition to the amount of the order, must be enclosed to pay the Freightage, which to most places must be prepaid. Cane-handled Bats should always be ordered, as they are best for use abroad. L ., F. & Co., in the Whiter, can have Bats selected and kept specially for them, so as to be in first-class condition for the Cricket Season. Gentlemen’s Bats taken care of and oiled during the winter. Cash orders over A'2 will receive a discount of Five per cent.
