Park , a dashing hitter with curious style , but very useful in an emergency ; a good and sharp field , and fair change bowler. T. J. Atherton hardly bowled as well during the season as was expected , but improved wonderfully in batting . H. H. Dobbie ought, in time, to make a good bat, as he has a very pretty style ; a very fair fast bowler , but does not last long . C. H.
