Matches in Zimbabwe prior to 1980/81 season (when Rhodesia) are included in the South Africa totals. A match in 1988/89 played in what is now Namibia is included in the South Africa total. Matches in what is now Pakistan played prior to partition in 1947/48 are included in the India total. Matches in what is now Bangladesh played prior to independence in 1971 are included in the Pakistan total.
