He played in four matches in Jamaica and Barbados taking fourteen wickets at an average of 31. This total included his 127th and last haul of five wickets in an innings when he took five for 54 in the opening match against Jamaica. In the last bowl of his career he took four for 101 at Bridgetown against Barbados. He batted twice scoring just six runs which took him over 7,300 career runs at an overall average of 16.60 and he took one catch to complete a career total of 270. He finished fifty-six wickets short of 2000 in his career with an average of 18.41. 62
