APPENDIX I Wynyard for Hampshire in matches not ranked first-class 1887-1894 Hampshire were not recognised as a first-class county from 1886 to 1894 inclusive. During this period Wynyard played for Hampshire in 1887, 1888 and 1890 to 1894. Though his appearances were limited in 1891 and 1892, he was the county’s leading batsman in 1890, 1893 and 1894.
