For Woodfull, the tour was one long success story as he compiled 706 runs at 176.50. He recorded his first double century when he made 212* against Canterbury. Slow at times, he hit over 100 singles in his innings. Woodfull was not dismissed in the ‘Test matches’ against New Zealand - scoring 110*, 50* and 150*.
