It. A. Russell played a not out innings of 208 in a total of 289 for five wickets for Caterham v. Roving Friars at Caterham on the 3rd inst. J. W. W. Nason, the young Sussex amateur, was in fine form last week. On Tuesday, playing in the Central ground, Hastings, for Hastings Rovers v. Brixton, he scored 171 in a total of 243 for four wickets in two hours and a-quarter, making his last 108 runs in forty-two minutes, and on Saturday played an innings of 10*.* for South Saxons against Bexhill on the latter’s ground.
