Polytechnic The grouud of the L o n d o n a n d W e s t m in s t e r B a n k C.C. at Norbury is in excellent condition considering the adverse weather, and about forty members were down at the nets on Saturday. Begular practice commenced on Monday, and the club is having the assistance of some of the young pro fessionals from the Oval. The fixture card is as strong as ever, and notwith standing the loss of several men at the front in Paget’s Horse, the executive are anticipating a highly successful season. G. Podmore is still the captain, and the duties of Hon. Secretary are shared by C. F . Bowman and A. W . Stanley. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th X I captains remain as last year. M AY. 4. Norwood, v.
