C. has arranged a lengthy programme. The captain of the first eleven, N. E. Cutler, will indeed have a busy time of it through­ out the summer. The season opens as will be seen on Saturday next, and from that time right away to Sept. 12. Every Saturday will be occupied as well as the two Bank Holidays, with an addition of occasional fixtures in mid-week. The Addiscombe week commences on June loth, and is made up of fixtures with Hampton Wick, Surrey Club and Ground, Mitcham, Croydon Football Club, Erra­ tics, and presumably another fixture to fill up the sixth day. The Clubs Addis­ combe has in addition to meet are Pan­ ther, Chislehurst, Norbury Park, Nor­ wood, Crystal Palace, Northbrook, Brigh­ ton Brunswick, Forest Hill, Croydon, Mitcham, Merton, Cane Hill Asylum, Dulwich, Roving Friars, Whitgift Wan­ derers, Kenley, Holbom, Spencer, West Middlesex, Beddington, Itinerants, Mer­ ton, Chislehurst and Sutton. The KAT.TNG Card is not only iengthy but attra.i.ve. During the greater part of the Season there will be two matches each Saturday. The opening fixture at home is on May 2, v. the Nonde­ scripts, the last on Sept. 5th., v. the North Middlesex Wanderers. The two days match against a team of Australians is again one of the chief features of the programme. This commences the Ealing Week, which is filled up with matches against the Oxford University Authentics, G.A. Cobb’s X I., C. W. Wright’s X I., and Kensiugton Park. O. and Ground, Hampstead, Blue Mantles, Tonbridge, South Saxons, Devonshire Park, Crystal Palace, Wan­ derers, &c. The new fixtures are against R. M. Academy, Royal Artillery (2), Mote Park, Leatherhead, Lessness Park, Teddington, Seaford. The Tour will take place as usual at the beginning of August. The “ Home Week” will be from June 22nd to 27th, and comprises matches v. Royal Artillery, Wanderers, Blue Mantles, M. C. C. and Ground, Mote Park, and Hornsey. There will be three elevens in the field on May 30th, June 6th, 13tb, 20th, 27th, July 4th, 11th, 18th. The ground is in the best condition, having had the careful attention of Perch, who has been re-engaged as superintendent. Nearly all the old hands will be available and a grand season is anticipated. The card comprises 72 fixtures, of which 25 are whole day matches. C. J. M.
