RAVENSBOURNE v. CITY ALBION. The Ravensbourne team won the Cricket Championship of the above Association at Lee Green on Saturday last. Twenty-five clubs had entered, and the final, which rested between Ravensbourne and City Albion, re sulted in the defeat of the latter by 45 runs. The former contri buted 47 out of 116 from the bat, and the latter took four wickets at a small co3t. C it y A l b io n . W. S. H rt, b Alien 85 C. J. Batty, b Allen .. 0 J.L. The Hearnes had a fairly easy victory in this match, played on the ground adjoining the Green Man, Ealing Dean, on Monday and Tuesday Jast. The game on the first day was all against the Sixteen, who, after being in a minority of G6 on the first innings, had made 11 runs in the second for the loss of one bats man. On the second morning Sanders and G. W. Beldham showed creditable form, and the former was again the principal contributor with a well-got 40. At the finish the Hearnes had 62 runs to get to win, and, thanks to the good play of G.G. and Alec, these were got for the loss of four wickets. J. T. Hearne carried off the bowling honours for the family. In all he took sixteen wickets. E l e v e n H e a r n e s .— First Innings. G. F. Hearne, c G., b C. Beldhtm ... 9 G. G. Hearne, b C.
