V ictoria. Bannerm an was at the w ickets altogether five hours and a half for 45 runs, and as w e are told that one hour and ten m inutes elapsed betw een his first and second run, it m ay easily be im agined that the spectators did not find the play very enlivening. Still it was a great perform ance, and, consider in g the ground was unfavourable to NEXT ISSUE, MARCH 26.
