Some “ chucked ” unavoidably, some from other motives, and the consequence was that a strong team was rendered weak by too much watering down. However, though unsuccessful in winning matches, the Foresters enjoyed themselves immensely, and have many pleasant memories of hos pitality received and friendships made, though to some there may possibly come an ugly reminiscence of “ that catch ” that was not caught. From a cricket point of view, the Foresters had no luck till they reached W or cester, and there everything seemed to go right, all the catches came to hand, and, what was better, were caught, and the only draw back was the weather, which spoiled the match.
