888 CBICKET: A WEEKLY RECORD OF THE GAME. SEPT. 8 , 1687. BURLINGTON WANDERERS TOUR. T he annual Sussex tour of this Club took place during the last fortnight in August. Six matches were played, viz:—Horsham, Bog nor, Horndean, Goodwood, Arundel and Priory Pa^k Chichester, and on each occasion the Wan lerers were victorious. For this unbeaten record the Club is in great measure indebted to the splendid bowling of Messrs. Williamson and English, who performed consistently well with both bat ana ball throughout the tour. The wioket-keeping of Mr. E. P. James was also worthy of the highest praise. The follow ing are the scores:— BURLINGTON WANDERERS v. HORSHAM. Played at Horsham on August 22. H o r sh a m . H. T.
