T h e r e was a large, attendance of Members at the Oval, on Thursday last, on the occasion of the Annual General Meeting of the above Club. Viscount Oxenbridge, the President, was in the chair. On the motion of the President, seconded by Mr. J. S. Balfour, the report (a copy of which has already appeared in C r ic k e t ) and balance sheet were passed unanimously. In his remarks the Chairman referred to the pleasure felt by the Members at the two visits of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales to the Oval, the satisfactory financial position of the Club, and the fine all-round cricket shown by the County Eleven last summer. The following is an analysis of the different accounts in the Balance Sheet. B A L A N C E S H E E T TO M A RCH 31, 1887. R e c e ip t s .
