Mr. G. S. Waterlow ^President) was in the chair, and was supported by Messrs. P. H. Waterlow, D. S. Waterlow, and about 140 members and friends. After the repast, and the usual toasts had been disposed of, the Chairman proposed the toast of “ The Clubs,” and men tioned that both were in a flourishing condi tion. The cricket club had enjoyed a very successful season, and, although they had not won the Challenge Cup offered by the London Printing and Stationery Trades Cricket Association, they hoped to be the fortunate club next year. Before the presentation of prizes, Mr. P. H. Waterlow took the oppor tunity of presenting the chairman with the ball used in the President’s match on July 17, when he (the chairman) accomplished a re markable bowling performance. The recipients of the prizes were Messrs. Howard, Spilling, Carte, Davie, Hayward, and Rayner.
