DEANE & CO.’S WATER BALLAST CRICKET GROUNDROLLERS I N D I S P E N S A B L E F O R E V E R Y C R I C K E T G These can be either used empty, or weighted with sand or water to any extent required. In keeping Cricket Grounds in order a heavy roller is absolutely necessary, and these, froaa the great advantages they possess, are rapidly superseding the old cylinder rollers which are practically useless when the ground is at all dry. An ordinary 24-inch garden roller w* ighs about 3|cwt., whereas tbe new patent 24-inch when loaded weighs 8cwt., and other sizes in proportion. The latter, therefore, is not only vastly more effective, but in reality cheaper than any other kind, and the advantage of having in one roller either a heavy or light implement at pleasure must be manifest to everyone. --------- NEW PATTERN DOUBLE CYLINDER WATER BALLAST ROLLER. For Horse, strongly recommended for all largo Cricket Grounds for its great use in turning. Size—42in. by 42-in. Weight, full, 32cwt.; empty, 22cwt, Price £30. R L D .
