APRIL 17,1884. CRICKET; A 'WEEKLY RECORD OF THE GAME. 59 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COLTS MATCH. This match, played on the Bedminster Ground at Bristol on Monday and Tuesday, was remarkable for a fine performance of Mr. W. G. Grace. His 111 was a brilliant display of batting, and every one will be glad to see that he has opened the season so well. He was at the wickets three hours and a-half, and among his principal figures were two sixes, both leg-hits, out of the ground. Woof’s bowling was very effective. On the side of the Colts Mr. W. H. Garne and Gregg batted well, and Winterbotham wai the most successful bowler. The game wa drawn. T he C olts . First Innings. Second Innings. c Bush, b Woof .. 27 Gregg,cTownsend,b Woof 12 Mr. W. W.
