Dennistown (Glasgow) J. Buchanan, bowling for the former club, took five wickets for no runs, the last three wickets being bowled with consecutive balls. Carlisle won the match by 128 to 41. A most exciting match was played at Bristol on Saturday between the Bohemians and Bedminster, resulting in a tie. Totals 8 1. In the second innings of the Bohemians E. H. Hall took six wickets for seven runs. W e are glad ,to hear'that Richard Hum phrey, the well-known Surrey professional, bas accepted the offer of a permanent engagement as coach at Clifton College.
