He can hit freely all round, and as, in addition, lie has plenty of patience as well as of con­ fidence and pluck, he is often a very difficult wicket to get. He bowls a fast ball, coming up quickly from the pitch, and some of these who know his play best think he is likely to bo of use with the ball. He is a splendid field anywhere. By profession Scott is a Civil Engineer, but at the present time is studying medicine, being a medical student, attached to the University of Melbourne.
