The thunder storm during thp afternoon also materially interfered with the game. Still some fair cricket was shown. Voss batted well in the first innings of the Colts, and in the second Lohman, Osborn. Coppinger, and G. Harrison all batted in promising form. Gorman, a left-handed bowler, took six of the nine wickets which fell to the bowlers in the first innings of Southwark Park for six runs. The Colts were beaten on the first innings by 11 runs.
