On Norton going in a second time, the same batsmen went in first, and Jones carried his bat through. The bowling of the Norton side is worthy of remark, Geo. Waugh taking five wickets for one run. and A. Hall four wickets for three runs. Stockton scored four from the bat and four extras, total for ten wickets, 8 . One of the Stockton bowlers named Linton took three wickets in four balls.
