Played at Tonbridge School on July 21 aud 23. This, the final of the House matches, was played on a slow and treacherous wicket, and after a splendid match, resulted in favour of the Day Boys by 16 runs. Little and Le Fleming put on 67 runs for the first wicket in the Day Boys’ first innings, but this was the only stand of the match. West made 14 runs from Timins’s first over in the second innings, but the Day Boys pulled themselves together after that, and pulled the match out of the fire amid great excitement.
