Unfortunately the heavy rain of the first day prevented the display of any reliable batting form, and the scoring was only low on both sid s. The Colts won by 39 runs. In second imings of Eleven, H. Mitchell took 6 wickets for 12 ] iins. For tho eleven Juniper’s analysis in the ond innings (*26 overs, 17 maidens, 20 runs, and ■wickets) was the best.
