The scorecard gives the dates as 3, 4 July only, so it has been accepted as representing the position at the close of play on the second day. No total is given for the innings in progress (Kent (2)), but Bullen and Hosmer are shown as 5*and 9* respectively, which implies a score of 190-6 at that point. 87
