At the time of writing he is the only first-class cricketer still playing with an all-ten to his name. He was a bit of a late starter. He made his first-class debut for the Rest of Punjab against Islamabad in February 2002, but his next match, for Multan against Faisalabad, wasn’t for another five and a half years, by which time he was nearly 29. This time there was no looking back and in 2009/10 he took 96 wickets, and became the fourth Pakistani to take an all-ten.
